The following policies and procedures are applicable to all students who officially register for programmes at the Ikusasa Lethu Nursing School and the Institute reserves the right to change fees without prior notice. However, fee changes are subject to approval by the Governing Council and we will update it ASAP.

NOTE:

At the beginning of the 2023 academic year, all applicants will be required to produce reliable evidence of sponsorship; otherwise, they will be expected to pay full tuition and college fees for the full year by the beginning of the semester before they can be permitted to use the College facilities.

Payments of fees should be made on time before the beginning of each semester. Otherwise adequate and acceptable arrangements to that effect should be made at registration. Failure to pay within the specified period will result in the withdrawal of registration. Fees paid will not be refunded if a student withdraws or leaves the college without permission.

No applicant will be allowed to attend classes at the College unless the fees required have been paid.

All local payments should be paid by Banker Cheques or any other acceptable mode of disbursement and payable direct to Ikusasa Lethu Nursing School. All payments will be received.

Foreigner applicants are expected to pay their fees in convertible currency. They are required to comply with immigration regulations, besides entry visas acquired from the country of departure, they are also required to apply for study permits before their arrival.

The medium of instruction at the College is English, except for courses in a language other than English.

Students will be issued non-transferable identity cards. Any fraudulent use of the identity card may lead to the loss of student privileges. Loss of identity cards should be reported immediately to the nearby police station and then to the registrar of the students.

The Ikusasa Lethu Nursing School tuition and fees schedule has been successfully published and is accessible at the campus office or on the official website.
