In fact, when you register for a Learnership you will be paid in the form of a stipend. This means you will be paid monthly while you are on the leadership – the amount you will be paid depends on the academic level of the Learnership.

Interested applicants can apply for the UMngeni Local Municipality Learnership 2022 provided they qualify and meet the program requirements.
All interested candidates are hereby invited to apply for the programmes available at uMngeni Municipality.
Further Education and Training Certificate: Environmental Practice – US ID 50309
Stipend – R1 800.00 per month Learnership Programme is for 12 Months
Requirements:
- Grade 12 Certificate or equivalent
- Applicants must be unemployed residents within uMngeni Municipality Jurisdiction.
An Interested applicant /candidate must submit the following documents:
- Proof of Resident from ward Councillor
- Application Letter
- Curriculum Vitae
- Certified copy of Grade12/ NQF Level 4
- Certified copy of identity document
