When you register for a Learnership Programme you will receive training towards a full qualification but you don’t have to pay study fees. In fact, when you register for a Learnership you will be paid in the form of a stipend. This means you will be paid monthly while you are on the leadership – the amount you will be paid depends on the academic level of the Learnership.
Prodore FMS Learnerships Programme Details
Interested applicants can apply for the Prodore FMS Learnership 2022 provided they qualify and meet the program requirements.
Duties:
- Sourcing of bids.
- Selection of bids.
- Produce final bid documents and arrangements to supply these documents to the customer within defined tender deadlines.
- Ensure bid and proposal documentation is formatted, collated and presented in a professional manner.
- Maintain status of generic proposals and perform periodic reviews to ensure that they are reviewed, revised and re-approved if necessary.
- Maintain up to date archives of all bid files.
- Monitor bid/quotation throughout the process, providing weekly status/exception reports as required.
- Undertake other administrative tasks as required.
Desired Experience & Qualification:
- NQF Level 5-8
- Driver’s License with driving experience will be an added advantage
Desired Skills & Competencies
- Have good communication skills both written and verbal.
- Excellent time management skills to ensure tender deadlines are met.
- Work under minimal supervision occasionally to meet objectives and key performance areas.
- Neat, well organized, traceable filing skills to maintain tender records and data.
- Ability to multitask and co-ordinate workflow in a highly stressful environment with existing team to achieve objectives.
- Articulate, presentable and professional at all times.
- Able to work independently.
