The Grow Intern and Learnership Programme is designed to develop a slues pipeline within the organisation by offering unemployed youth a 12 month internship / learnership to acquire the necessary skills so be absorbed in the market place, if roles are available within the Grow Group of companies.

The following Internships / Learnership programmes are open for applications:

Wholesale and Retail Learnerships

  • Must have completed Grade 12 / Matric
  • Must be a South African
  • Must be between the ages of 18 to 28;
  • Must reside near the Johannesburg Fresh Produce Market or be willing lo relocate.
  • Must be unemployed and available to start work Immediately

Health and Safety Internships

  • Must have completed National Diploma or Degree in Health Safety.
  • Must be a South African Citizen
  • Must be between the ages of 18 to 28;
  • Must reside near the Johannesburg Fresh Produce Market or be willing lo relocate.
  • Must be unemployed and available to start work Immediately
